Grand P.E.A.C.E. Session

 I created an approach called The P.E.A.C.E. Method to gain inner peace and calm during the storm. I literally use it for short and long term moments of chaos to bring me back to balance and map out goals. Anything from a frustrating moment to mapping out what I want the next year of my life to look like. My 5 step guide to mastering peace is an acronym that stands for:
